Provides that it is an unlawful practice under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act for a valet service provider to refuse a consumer's request to store his or her motor vehicle overnight when the consumer indicates that he or she is too intoxicated to safely drive the motor vehicle.
