<reference>625 ILCS 5/3-671</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Authorizes the Secretary of State to issue Boy Scout plates bearing the Eagle Scout badge to the parent, step-parent, or guardian of an individual under 18 years old who has attained Eagle Scout rank. Authorizes the Secretary of State to issue Girl Scout plates bearing the symbol of the Gold Award to the parent, step-parent, or guardian of an individual under 18 years old who has attained Gold Award status. Provides that the parent, step-parent, or guardian of an individual under 18 years old who has attained either Eagle Scout or Gold Award status must demonstrate eligibility for the Eagle Scout or Gold Award plates at both initial registration and for each registration renewal.</SynopsisText></synopsis>
