<reference>15 ILCS 205/8 new</reference><aliasreference></aliasreference><SynopsisText>     Amends the Attorney General Act. Provides that upon receipt by the State from the Secretary of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of the Attorney General shall post on its website the report required under the federal Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act containing a summary of information submitted by manufacturers and group purchasing organizations to the Secretary pursuant to the federal law. Requires the Office of the Attorney General to post the report by September 30, 2013 and by June 30 of each calendar year thereafter, or as soon as possible after the State receives the report from the Secretary, whichever occurs first.
