| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Jessimae "Jessi" Palmares of Arlington |
| 4 | | Heights, who passed away on April 25, 2010; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, She was born on December 29, 1970 in the |
| 6 | | Philippines to Percy and Elsa (nee, Pastano) Catedrilla; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, She was a devoted mother, faithful wife, and a |
| 8 | | servant of Christ; she was a dedicated nurse who loved caring |
| 9 | | for her patients at Northwest Community Hospital; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, She is survived by her husband, Noe A. Palmares; |
| 11 | | her children, Josh, Jen, Jade, and Joey; her siblings, Dr. |
| 12 | | Percy Catedrilla, Reggie Cappucino, and Vincent Catedrilla; |
| 13 | | and her parents; therefore, be it
|
| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 16 | | her family and friends, the passing of Jessimae Palmares; and |
| 17 | | be it further
|
| 18 | | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be |
| 19 | | presented to the family of Jessimae Palmares as a symbol of our |
| 20 | | sincere sympathy.
