    AMENDMENT NO. ___.  Amend Senate Resolution 560 on page 2,

line 1, by replacing "eleven" with "15"; and

on page 2, line 23, by deleting "and"; and

on page 3, line 1, by deleting "be it further"; and

on page 3, immediately below line 1, by inserting the 
7
following:

        "(12) one member appointed by the Governor upon the 
9
    recommendation of an organization representing collar 
10
    county school districts;
11
        (13) one member appointed by the Governor upon the 
12
    recommendation of an organization representing suburban 
13
    school districts;
14
        (14) one member appointed by the Governor upon the 
15
    recommendation of an organization representing large unit
