| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |

| learn of the death of
Charles A. "Chuck" Moscato of Orland |
| 4 |
| Park; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Charles Moscato served his country with pride and |
| 6 |
| distinction as a member of the United States Army during World |
| 7 |
| War II; and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Charles Moscato retired from Linn-Mathes Inc. |
| 9 |
| after many years of dedicated service; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Charles Moscato was the beloved husband of Wilma |
| 11 |
| Moscato and the late Mary Moscato; the loving father of Ginger |
| 12 |
| (Roy) Zoppa, Cheryl (the late Bill) Dicks, and Linda (Frank) |
| 13 |
| Slaninka; the dear stepfather of Dan (Kathy) and the late Jim |
| 14 |
| Moran; the dear grandfather of 7, the step-grandfather of 5, |
| 15 |
| and the great-grandfather of 7; and the dearest brother of Lou |
| 16 |
| Nardi and the late Ann De Weir, Emily Ray, and Tony, Freddie, |
| 17 |
| and Frank Moscato; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL |
| 19 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 20 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Charles A. "Chuck" |
| 21 |
| Moscato; and be it further
