    AMENDMENT NO. ___.  Amend Senate Joint Resolution 52 by

replacing lines 7 through 12 with the following:

    "RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL

ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES 
6
CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Mannheim SD 83 - 
7
Cook
 with respect to the limitation of administrative costs, 
8
identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education 
9
as request WM100-4945, is disapproved; and be it further

    RESOLVED, That each of the school district waiver requests 
11
identified below by school district name and by the identifying 
12
number and subject area of the waiver request as summarized in 
13
the report filed by the State Board of Education is approved 
14
for only one year and disapproved for the remaining years:

        (1)  Rock Island SD 41 - Rock Island, WM100-4911, driver 
16

remaining amount.".
