    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The School Code is amended  by adding Section

28-25 as follows:

    (105 ILCS 5/28-25 new)

    Sec. 28-25. Electronic format permitted.  A school district

may provide students with instructional materials in an

electronic format.
