    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Nurse Agency Licensing Act is amended by

changing Section 2 as follows:

public's right to
high quality health care by assuring that

nurse agencies employ, assign
and refer licensed and certified
