AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2820

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2820 on page 1,

line 16, after "fees.", by inserting the following:

"Any fee for licensure application or renewal for a day care 
5
home, as defined in this Act, shall not exceed $500."; and

on page 1, line 18, after "foster home", by inserting "or day 
7
care home"; and

on page 3, line 15, after "schedule.", by inserting the 
9
following:

"Any fee for licensure application or renewal for a day care 
11
home, as defined in this Act, shall not exceed $500."; and

on page 13, line 15, after "(a-10)", by inserting the

following:

"The Department shall publish information on substantiated 
15
violations found in all facilities licensed under this Act,
