    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The School Code is amended  by changing Section

27-24 as follows:

    Sec. 27-24. Short title.

    Sections 27-24 through 27-24.8 of this Article are known

and may be
cited as the the Driver Education Act.
