    AN ACT concerning gaming.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 16 as follows:

    Sec. 16. Annual Report of Board. The
The Board shall make 
8
an
annual report to the Governor, for the period ending 
9
December 31 of each
year.  Included in the report shall be an 
10
account of the Board
actions, its financial position and 
11
results of operation under this Act,
the practical results 
12
attained under this Act and any recommendations for
legislation 
13
which the Board deems advisable.
