    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2057 as follows:

on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 9 the following:

    "(g) All information entered into the PAP database must be 
5
updated every 2 years or when such information changes."; and

on page 4, by inserting immediately below line 13 the 
7
following:

    "Section 24. Data control. Any person designated by a 
9
public safety agency to control data entered into the PAP 
10
database shall develop policies and procedures for  the control 
11
of such data."; and

on page 5, by inserting immediately below line 5 the following:
