| AN ACT concerning revenue.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Retailers' Occupation Tax Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 14 as follows:
|

| Sec. 14.
This Act shall be known as the
the "Retailers' |

| Occupation Tax
Act" and the tax herein imposed shall be in |
| 9 |
| addition to all other
occupation or privilege taxes imposed by |
| 10 |
| the State of Illinois or by any
municipal corporation or |
| 11 |
| political subdivision thereof. |
