| AN ACT concerning criminal law.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. "An Act concerning criminal law", Public Act |
| 5 |
| 94-397, approved August 2, 2005, is amended by changing the |
| 6 |
| title of the Act as follows:
|
| 7 |
| (Public Act 94-397, Act title)
|
| 8 |
| An Act concerning criminal law, which may be referred to as |
| 9 |
| the Michelle Eppel Law.
|
| 10 |
| Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 11 |
| becoming law.
