AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1413

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1413 as follows:

on page 4, line 4, by inserting after the period "Timber

growers with Department approved forest management plans 
5
covering less than 10 acres in effect on or before the 
6
effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General 
7
Assembly shall continue to be eligible under the Illinois 
8
Forestry Development Act provisions."; and

on page 4, line 21, by replacing "annually" with "annually";

and

on page 10, line 24, by replacing "forest forestry" with 
12
"forestry"; and

on page 11, line 11, by replacing "forest forestry" with 
14
"forestry".
