AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1066 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1066, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
43, on page 32, by inserting after line 12 the following:
5    "Except for the changes to the first paragraph of this 
6subsection (a), the changes to this subsection (a) made by this 
7amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly  apply only to 
8causes of action accruing on or after the effective date of 
9this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly."; and


 

10on page 39, by inserting after line 15 the following:
11    "The changes to this paragraph (d)1 made by this amendatory 
12Act of the 96th General Assembly apply only to causes of action 
13accruing on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act 
14of the 96th General Assembly."; and
 

15on page 77, by inserting after line 24 the following:
16    "The changes to this subsection (i) made by this amendatory

1Act of the 96th General Assembly apply only to causes of action 
2accruing on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act 
3of the 96th General Assembly."; and
 

4on page 82, by inserting after line 17 the following:
5    "The changes to this Section made by this amendatory Act of 
6the 96th General Assembly apply only to causes of action 
7accruing on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act 
8of the 96th General Assembly.".
