| AN ACT concerning criminal law.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 110-11 as follows:
|

| (725 ILCS 5/110-11) (from Ch. 38, par. 110-11)

| Sec. 110-11. Bail on a new trial. If the
the judgment of |

| conviction is reversed and the cause remanded for a
new trial |

| the trial court may order that the bail stand pending such |

| trial,
or reduce or increase bail. |
