| AN ACT concerning criminal law.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 is |
| 5 |
| amended by changing Section 102-7 as follows:
|

| (725 ILCS 5/102-7) (from Ch. 38, par. 102-7)
|

| Sec. 102-7. "Bail
bond". "Bail bond" means an undertaking |

| secured by bail entered into by a
person in custody by which |

| which he binds himself to comply with such conditions
as are |

| set forth therein.
