2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 737, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. 
42, as follows:


 
5on page 21, line 2, by replacing "(g)" with "(h)"; and
 
6on page 263, line 11, after "payments.", by inserting "The 
7Board shall review any such pledge to remit payments to the 
8State and consider a revision to that pledge if the owners 
9licensee subject to this subsection (e-16) has experienced a 
10significant increase in competition."; and
 
11on page 299, by replacing line 26 with "$0.125 to the Village 
12of Stickney, $0.125 to the City of Berwyn, $0.50 to the Town of 
13Cicero,"; and
 
14on page 314, by replacing line 8 with "General Assembly, as
