Amends the Illinois Finance Authority Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning official Acts of the Authority, meetings of the Authority and the Advisory Councils, and audits by the Auditor General.

| AN ACT concerning State government.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Illinois Finance Authority Act is amended by |
| 5 |
| changing Section 801-25 as follows:
|
| 6 |
| (20 ILCS 3501/801-25)
|
| 7 |
| Sec. 801-25. All official acts of the
the Authority shall |
| 8 |
| require the approval
of
at least 8 members. All meetings of the |
| 9 |
| Authority and the Advisory Councils
shall be conducted in |
| 10 |
| accordance with the Open Meetings Act. Eight members of the |
| 11 |
| Authority shall constitute a quorum. All meetings shall
be |
| 12 |
| conducted at a single location within this State with a quorum |
| 13 |
| of members physically present at this location. Other members |
| 14 |
| who are not physically present at this location may participate |
| 15 |
| in the meeting and vote on all matters by means of a video or |
| 16 |
| audio conference. The Auditor General shall conduct financial |
| 17 |
| audits
and program audits of the Authority, in accordance with |
| 18 |
| the Illinois State
Auditing Act. |
