HOUSE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of 
3Representatives are pleased to congratulate Rebecca Hatcher 
4for her 7th place finish in the 100-yard butterfly event at the 
52010 IHSA State Meet; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Rebecca Hatcher is a senior at Oswego East High 
7School; she currently holds the record at her school for the 
8100-yard butterfly, 200-yard medley relay, and 200-yard free 
9relay events; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Rebecca Hatcher is a 4-time varsity letter winner 
11and a 4-time State qualifier; she is a 4-time all-conference 
12champion and a conference champion in 2 events; she has also 
13been designated All-State, as well as All-American twice; and

  
 
14    WHEREAS, Rebecca Hatcher serves as a model of hard work, 
15integrity, and dedication for the people of the State of 
16Illinois; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
18NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we 
19congratulate Rebecca Hatcher for her impressive performance 
20and wish her continued success and happiness in the future; and
