| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |
| 3 | | Representatives are pleased to congratulate James and Sandra |
| 4 | | Panko of Naplate on the occasion of their 50th wedding |
| 5 | | anniversary on May 21, 2010; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, James and Sandra Panko were married on May 21, |
| 7 | | 1960 at St. Mary's Church in Naplate; the couple has 3 |
| 8 | | children, James Ralph Jr., Michael John, and Edward David, and |
| 9 | | 3 grandchildren, Dustin, Jordan, and Eddie, Jr.; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, James and Sandra Panko were the owners of Panko's |
| 11 | | Restaurant in Naplate for nearly 4 decades; both Jim and Sandy |
| 12 | | were employees of Starved Rock State Park and Buffalo Rock |
| 13 | | State Park; Jim was recognized for 50 years of dedicated |
| 14 | | service with the Naplate Volunteer Fire Department; therefore, |
| 15 | | be it

| 16 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 17 | | NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we |
| 18 | | congratulate James and Sandra Panko of Naplate on the occasion |
| 19 | | of their 50th wedding anniversary and wish them the best in the |
| 20 | | years to come; and be it further
