| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of |

| Representatives are pleased to honor Bill E. Fulton for his |
| 4 |
| many years of dedicated service to the Danville area community; |
| 5 |
| and

| WHEREAS, Bill Fulton was the driving force behind the |
| 7 |
| creation of the AMBUCS Playground for Everyone; after dreaming |
| 8 |
| of a playground built for universally-accessible play, he began |
| 9 |
| searching for a proper model for his vision; after finding an |
| 10 |
| organization by the name of Boundless Playgrounds, he enlisted |
| 11 |
| the help of his nephew, Bill T., and traveled to Connecticut at |
| 12 |
| his own expense to meet with the organization's founder, Amy |
| 13 |
| Barzach; upon visiting the first Boundless Playground, named |
| 14 |
| Jonathan's Dream, he found exactly what he wanted and began |
| 15 |
| working to make his dream come true; and
|
| 16 |
| WHEREAS, Upon his return to Danville, Bill Fulton presented |
| 17 |
| his idea for a $200,000 Boundless Playground to the Danville |
| 18 |
| Chapter of AMBUCS; undaunted by financial concerns, he began |
| 19 |
| working feverishly at all levels of the project, working hard |
| 20 |
| to raise money, promote the project, plan the playground's |
| 21 |
| development, and implement the playground's construction; |
| 22 |
| within two years, he had forged a partnership that resulted in |
| 23 |
| a $400,000 "dream" playground, a site that has become a |
