| 2 | | WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report |
| 3 | | on Waiver of
School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2010, with |
| 4 | | the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the Secretary of |
| 5 | | State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School |
| 6 | | Code; therefore, be it
|
| 7 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE |
| 8 | | NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE |
| 9 | | SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by St. Charles |
| 10 | | CUSD 303 - Kane with respect to driver education fee limits, |
| 11 | | identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 12 | | as request WM100-5349, is approved for up to $400; and that |
| 13 | | this request is approved retroactively beginning on August 1, |
| 14 | | 2010 for up to $200 and disapproved retroactively for the |
| 15 | | remaining $200 such that by virtue of this resolution St. |
| 16 | | Charles CUSD 303 - Kane is deemed to have had the authority to |
| 17 | | charge a driver education fee of up to $200 from August 1, 2010 |
| 18 | | until the date of adoption of this resolution by both houses; |
| 19 | | and be it further

| 20 | | RESOLVED, That the request made by DeKalb CUSD 428 - DeKalb |
| 21 | | with respect to driver education behind-the-wheel instruction, |
| 22 | | identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education |
| 23 | | as request WM100-5333-2, is disapproved; and be it further
