    WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report 
3
on Waiver of
School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2009, with 
4
the Senate, the House of
Representatives, and the Secretary of 
5
State of Illinois as required by Section
2-3.25g of the School 
6
Code; therefore, be it

 
7
    RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 
8
NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE 
9
SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that each of the school district 
10
waiver requests identified below by school district name and by 
11
the identifying number and subject area of the waiver request 
12
as summarized in the report filed by the State Board of 
13
Education is disapproved:

        (1)  Lake Park CHSD 108 - DuPage, WM100-5157, Content of 
15
    evaluation plans;
16
        (2) Hononegah CHSD 207 - Winnebago WM100-5206-2, 
17
    Content of evaluation plans; and
18
        (3) Wheaton CUSD 200 - DuPage WM100-5187, Drivers' 
19
    Education, Behind-the-Wheel Instruction.
