    AN ACT concerning education.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Higher Education Loan Act is amended by 
5
changing Section 6.10 as follows:

    Sec. 6.10. Receipt and acceptance of loans, contributions

or grants. 
To receive and
and accept from any source, loans,

contributions or grants for
or in aid of an Authority Education

Loan financing program or any portion
thereof and, when 
11
required, to use such funds, property or labor only for
the 
12
purposes for which it was loaned, contributed or granted.
