| with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No. |

| 1, as follows:

| on page 2, line 17, by replacing "fraud." with "fraud, or in |
| 6 |
| cases in which the provider has already been paid in full by |
| 7 |
| another payor or by a workers' compensation insurer."; and
|

| on page 2, line 19, immediately after "Section.", by inserting |
| 9 |
| "Nothing in this Section shall be construed to preclude |
| 10 |
| insurers, health maintenance organizations, independent |
| 11 |
| practice associations, or physician hospital organizations |
| 12 |
| from resolving coordination of benefits between or among each |
| 13 |
| other without recouping payment from the provider beyond the |
| 14 |
| 366 day time limit provided in this subsection.".
