    AN ACT concerning financial regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Financial Institutions Code is amended  by

adding Section 13.5 as follows:

    (20 ILCS 1205/13.5 new)

    Sec. 13.5. Spanish version of Department's website;

predatory lending. The Department shall create a version of its

website that is in Spanish for pages that contain information
