| AN ACT concerning education.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 |
| 10-20.52 and 34-18.43 as follows:
|

| Sec. 10-20.52. Students; EKG required. Each school board |

| shall require all students to undergo an electrocardiogram |

| (EKG) test as part of the comprehensive health examinations |
