    AN ACT concerning government.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Governmental Ethics Act is amended  
5
by changing Section 3A-10 as follows:

    (5 ILCS 420/3A-10)

    Sec. 3A-10. Late term appointee's term of office.  A late 
8
term appointee
shall serve no longer than the the sixtieth day 
9
of the term of office of the
succeeding Governor.
