| AN ACT concerning radon.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|

| represented in the General Assembly:
|

| Section 5. The School Code is amended by adding Sections |
| 5 |
| 10-20.46 and 34-18.37 as follows:
|

| Sec. 10-20.46. Radon testing required. Each school board |

| shall require that all schools annually test for the presence |

| Sec. 34-18.37. Radon testing required. The board shall |

| require that all schools annually test for the presence of |

| Section 10. The Child Care Act of 1969 is amended by adding |
