    Amends the Drug Court Treatment Act.   Provides that the Chief Judge of each judicial circuit must (rather than may) establish a
drug
court program including the format under which it operates under
the Act. Effective January 1, 2010.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Drug Court Treatment Act is amended  by

changing Section 15 as follows:
