following:

    "(c) The coverage required under this Section shall be

subject to the other general exclusions, limitations, and

financial requirements of the policy, including coordination

of benefits, participating provider requirements, utilization 
11
review of health care services, including review of medical 
12
necessity, case management, and experimental and 
13
investigational treatments, and other managed care provisions 
14
under terms and conditions that are no less favorable than the 
15
terms and conditions that apply to substantially all medical 
16
and surgical benefits provided under the plan or coverage.";
