| AN ACT concerning State government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Addison Creek Restoration Commission Act is |

| amended by changing Section 90 as follows:

| (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2010) |

| Sec. 90. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2015 |
