| AN ACT concerning State government.
|

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental |
| 5 |
| Disabilities Administrative Act is amended by changing Section |
| 6 |
| 6 as follows:
|
| 7 |

| Sec. 6.
To appoint and
and remove facility directors of the |
| 9 |
| State mental
health and developmental disabilities centers, |
| 10 |
| and to obtain all other
employees of those facilities and all |
| 11 |
| other employees
of the Department. All executive level |
| 12 |
| employees of the Department who have
any other employment shall |
| 13 |
| report such other employment to the Department
and to the |
| 14 |
| Department of Central Management Services in a manner |
| 15 |
| prescribed
by the Department of Central Management Services. |
