| by replacing line 24 on page 69 through line 1 on page 70 with |

| the following: |

| "Beginning on August 23, 2005 (the effective date of Public Act |

| 94-673) this amendatory Act of the 94th"; and

| on page 70, by replacing lines 4 through 7 with the following: |

| "person admitted, and for all other licensees, including |

| licensees that were not conducting gambling operations in 2004, |

| the rate is $3 per person admitted. This admission tax is"; and
