Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Task Force on Farmers' Markets, the purpose of which is to review the implementation of Acts that define which products and practices are permitted and which products and practices are not permitted at farmers' markets and other outdoor food sale events.

Senate Committee Amendment No. 1
Resolves that the Task Force's representative of a general agricultural production association shall be appointed by the Department of Agriculture. Resolves that the Task Force shall issue a report with its recommendations to the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House on or before December 31, 2010 (instead of 2009).
