Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes a technical change in a Section regarding special license plates.

House Floor Amendment No. 1

	Deletes reference to:
	625 ILCS 5/3-600	from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 3-600

	Adds reference to:
	625 ILCS 5/3-684 new

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides for the issuance of Southwest Asia Service license plates to persons who have earned the Southwest Asia Service Medal from the U.S. Armed Forces. Provides that the applicant shall pay an additional fee of $15 for original issuance of the plates, to be deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund.
