| SENATE RESOLUTION
|

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 |
| learn of the death of
Harold E. McDaniels of Carlinville, who |
| 4 |
| passed away on December 29, 2007; and
|
| 5 |
| WHEREAS, Harold E. McDaniels was the son of Charles Francis |
| 6 |
| and Lula Huff McDaniels; he married the former Betty Wilson; |
| 7 |
| and
|
| 8 |
| WHEREAS, Harold E. McDaniels was retired from Cisco Steel, |
| 9 |
| where he worked as a truck driver; and
|
| 10 |
| WHEREAS, Harold E. McDaniels is survived by his wife, Betty |
| 11 |
| McDaniels; his children, Donald (Barbara) McDaniels, Dennis |
| 12 |
| (Mary Pat) McDaniels, and Dale (Betsy) McDaniels; his eight |
| 13 |
| grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and his siblings, |
| 14 |
| Beverly (Sandy) McDaniels, Charles (Starr) McDaniels, and |
| 15 |
| Sheila (Ron) Bright; therefore, be it
|

| RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL |
| 17 |
| ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with |
| 18 |
| his family and friends, the passing of Harold E. McDaniels; and |
| 19 |
| be it further
