SENATE RESOLUTION

    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to  
3
learn of the death of
Tyronne Greer of Springfield, who passed 
4
away on December 30, 2007; and

 
5
    WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer was born on December 26, 1978 in 
6
Colorado Springs, Colorado; his parents were Larry and Deborah 
7
J. Greer; and

 
8
    WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer was a graduate of Lawrence Adult 
9
Education Center; he was employed at the State Fire Marshal's 
10
office through Manpower Inc.; and

 
11
    WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer was preceded in death by his son, 
12
Martavion L. Greer, and his grandparents, Rufus Sr. and Clara 
13
Greer; and


 
14
    WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer is survived by his sons, Tavion, 
15
Jamerion, and Tyrius Greer; his daughter, Alaya Borndes-Greer; 
16
his parents, Pastor Larry Greer and Deborah Greer; his 
17
grandmother, Dorothy Baldwin; his brothers, Tramain Greer, 
18
Terry Harper, and Larry Greer Jr.; his sister, Jamelah Womack; 
19
and his numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews; 
20
therefore, be it

    RESOLVED, BY THE  SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL 
2
ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with 
3
his family and friends, the passing of Tyronne Greer; and be it 
4
further

    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
6
presented to the family of Tyronne Greer as an expression of 
7
our sympathy.
