| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2584 on page 3, by |

| replacing lines 2 through 4 with the following: |

| "certify a list of the electors and owners of record who may |
| 5 |
| sign an objection petition under Section 27-55. The list must |
| 6 |
| be comprised of each person for whom the municipality has |
| 7 |
| received a return receipt for the notice mailed under |
| 8 |
| subsection (c) of Section 27-30.".
