| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2562 by replacing |

| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| "Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section |

| 2.33c as follows:

| (520 ILCS 5/2.33c new) |

| Sec. 2.33c. Prohibited permits and licenses. No permit or |
| 8 |
| license may be issued, for the taking with a firearm of |
| 9 |
| wildlife protected under this Code, to any person who does not |
| 10 |
| hold a valid Firearm Owners Identification Card.".
