| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2118 on page 2, | ||||||
| 3 | line 2, by inserting after the period the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "The 40 hour time period shall be tolled to allow counsel for | ||||||
| 5 | the minor to prepare for the detention or shelter care hearing, | ||||||
| 6 | upon a motion filed by such counsel and granted by the court.".
