    Amends the Right to Privacy in the Workplace Act.  Repeals provisions restricting the use of Employment Eligibility Verification Systems  which were added by Public Act 95-138.  Effective immediately.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Right to Privacy in the Workplace Act is

amended  by repealing Section 12.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 
8
becoming law.
