| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |

| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Counties Code is amended by changing Section |

| 5-14005 as follows:

| respective territories in any matters whatsoever which may

| concern the county or regional plan or maps prepared by such |
| 13 |
| commission as
an aid toward coordination of municipal plans |

| with county and regional plans. |
