    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1435 on page 1, by

replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:

"administratively dissolved until 3 years have elapsed 
5
following the date of issuance of the
certificate of 
6
dissolution."; and

on page 1, by replacing lines 13 and 14 with the following:

"dissolved is reinstated within 3 years after the date of 
9
issuance of the
certificate of dissolution, the domestic 
10
corporation shall continue under"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:

"administratively dissolved until 3 years have elapsed 
13
following the date of issuance of the
certificate of

dissolution."; and
