| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| Section 5. The Counties Code is amended by changing Section |

| 6-1008 as follows:
|

| Sec. 6-1008. Violations. Any person who violates, or who |

fails to comply with, the
