| AN ACT concerning property.
|
| 2 |
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
| 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 |
| Section 5. The Secretary of the Department of Human |
| 5 |
| Services, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to |
| 6 |
| execute and deliver for $10 and other good and valuable |
| 7 |
| consideration a valid Quit Claim Deed to Edith Gould releasing |
| 8 |
| all right, title, and interest held by the State of Illinois in |
| 9 |
| and to the following described real property:
|
| 10 |
| Lots Forty-One (41), Forty-Two (42), and Forty-Three of "Hall |
| 11 |
| and Wallace's Subdivision of Part of Lot Thirty-Nine (39) |
| 12 |
| Prairie Du Pont Commons of St. Clair County, Illinois; |
| 13 |
| Reference being had to the Plat thereof recorded in the |
| 14 |
| Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois, in Book of |
| 15 |
| Plats "P" on page 14 and situated in St. Clair County, |
| 16 |
| Illinois.

| Section 10. The Secretary of the Department of Human |
| 18 |
| Services shall obtain certified copy of this Act within 60 days |
| 19 |
| after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required |
| 20 |
| by Section 5, shall record the certified document in the |
| 21 |
| recorder's office in the county in which the real property is |
| 22 |
| located.
