    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing

Section 5-701.3 as follows:

    Sec. 5-701.3. Any county board with the

use motor fuel tax money allotted to it for
